First Week Of Fit Camp
The first FitCamp of 2009 got underway this week. I've got a maxed-out class with several new participants. Everyone is doing awesome! Check out our workouts for this week.

Warm-up—2 Laps
Dynamic Warm-Up
Tabatas
* Stationary Jog
* Jacks
* Downhill Skiers
* Air-2-Ground Squats
* Lunges
* Sprint in Place
* Star Jumps
* Stationary Squats
7’s (2 x 8 min)
* 7- Squat Thrusts
* 14- Star Jumps
* 21- Db Thrusters
* 28- Push-ups
* 35- Mtn Climbers(Total)
* 400- M Run(4laps)
Legs Speed Circuit--as many rounds as possible in 5 min
o Prisoner Squats x 15

Finisher--4th Quater-15-12-10-8 (p-ups,1/2 situps, planks)

Sign-Up For FitCamp 2009!
I thought I'd open it up to online sign up first! Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15am starting Jan 13th. You must be a member of the Wellness Center To attend. Cost will be $25 for the entire four weeks. If you want to sign up just send me your name and e-mail in the form below. I'll put you on the list, however you must pay at the Wellness Center by Thursday to hold your spot. Be sure to include first and last name & telephone number when signing up.
